Ebony has over 20 years’ experience in customer service role, in 2006 she joined Integrity Software, where she became manager of the Call Centre. Ebony looks after a team of call centre staff, providing a professional and friendly service to all our customers, working closely with our Support team. Ebony’s work ethic and dedication to the Company and our customers is essential to the services we provide.
