Matt Dineen

Support/QA Manager

Matt started his career in accounts and shortly afterwards moved into Software Support in 1997, where he started supporting large construction customers using a product called Multisoft running on the Unix platform. The transition to the CIS system in August 1999 was managed by Matt, which involved testing, documenting, implementing and then training end users from the support desk. His position as a senior consultant then followed in 2001 after Integrity Software acquired Computer Foundations Ltd, and he started work supporting the Evolution product. Since 2004 he has headed up the Support desk where he and his team have gained a reputation for delivering an outstanding support service. In 2010, his team expanded to incorporate the Evolution M product and later during the same year the testing and QA function of all of Integrity’s products, which has ensured our software solutions have remained highly stable and reliable. Since 2011 he has been part of the Senior Management Team at Integrity.
