Rob Weir is a sales professional who has worked in IT sales for over 27 years. He has a wealth of experience in selling IT solutions to tier 1 and tier 2 organisations, and to SMEs across the Construction, Professional Services, and Transportation and Utility sectors. Rob excels at managing the Sales and Marketing process and has a strong track record for business development across the UK and Europe. As a Key Account Director for many tier 1 organisations, he builds effective, long-term client relationships that result in sustainable revenue streams. Most recently Rob led the sales and marketing campaign to launch a product to the Water sector in England that will support the introduction of water competition to non-household customers in 2017. His campaign secured business from, amongst others, the UK’s largest water and wastewater company. Away from work Rob enjoys spending time with his family, including his grandson. He’s a keen mountain biker and runner who also loves skiing and watching motorsport.
