Matthew Heflin

Director of Support

Matthew joined MicroMain in 2013 after twelve years in the non-profit sector where he provided financial case management, social support, and housing advocacy to at-risk populations. Before transitioning into a management position, he served in several technical and customer-facing roles, even taking on product management duties over MicroMain’s flagship and next-generation CMMS product lines.

An autodidact with a keen interest in the Asset Management domain, Matthew is particularly focused on the intersection of customer success, technical support, and product management.

Currently, Matthew is responsible for managing MicroMain’s Support and IT departments.
