Having joined Integrity Software in 2002 to set up and manage the telemarketing function for the existing Foundation Evolution system, Wasim was promoted to the Account Management team in 2004 to support the smooth transition of the newly acquired FBS and Regal products. Wasim’s primary focus was on identifying opportunities to upgrade existing users onto one standard platform where appropriate.
Following a management buy-out of the Group in July 2005, Wasim stepped into a Business Development role to focus on penetrating the existing user base and winning new business opportunities – he hasn’t looked back since. During this time Wasim has been instrumental in ensuring the Group has consistently exceeded its sales objectives by delivering year on year growth.
Over the past 13 years Wasim has gained a wealth of experience as a sales professional within the construction sector and was asked to take on the position of Sales Director for Integrity Software in Feb 2015.
