Dee Golden
President, JOBPOWER & Deneb Software
Dee has been with JOBPOWER Software for more than 21 years. Starting as a support technician in 1998, Dee quickly learned the program, built relationships with customers and listened to their wants and needs for better software options. Building on that customer feedback with her own product and industry knowledge, Dee has been an innovator and integral member of JOBPOWER’s design, development and testing team. Her contributions to JOBPOWER’s development include, but are not limited to, spearheading the current SaaS model of the software, providing detailed design specifications for the Electronic Document Management module and adding rigorous program tests to assure stability and reliability across all modules. In 2003, Dee was promoted to Senior Support Manager. While in that role she became a member of Associated Construction Women (ACW). As part of her community outreach she presented to the Memphis Area Minority Contractors Association (MAMCA) to help those contractors build strong foundations for running their construction businesses. Dee also worked closely with numerous construction-specific CPA Firms and Bonding Companies to ensure that JOBPOWER stayed compliant with current accounting rules and requirements. In 2007, Dee joined the Sales department where she held the role of Sales and Support Manager for 10 years. Under her management, the company maintained a sizable profit margin every year. In 2018, Dee was named President of JOBPOWER Software where she continues her drive to provide a great product, unparalleled customer support and continual company growth.
