Glenn began his software career more than 25 years ago at the insurer Marsh McLennan. He subsequently moved on to work for a software company that provided workflow and document management solutions for the insurance industry.

His career in Project Management and Risk Analysis software started in 2003 when he joined Pertmaster as a Senior Developer. He was later promoted to Technical Director. In 2006, when Pertmaster was acquired by Primavera, Glenn worked as a Principle Software Engineer, and went on to work at Oracle when it acquired Primavera in 2008.

In 2014, Glenn joined Safran Software Solutions and built the team that developed the next generation of risk analysis software. Safran Risk was launched two years later and has already gained a significant market share in this sector. In 2019, Glenn was appointed Chief Technology Officer, responsible for development of the full Safran product range. He became Managing Director in 2023.

In his downtime, Glenn is a keen runner, and he also enjoys going to music festivals and spending time outdoors with his family, friends, and dog.
