Inger Narvestad

Managing Director, Safran Software

Inger started her career in the oil and gas industry, where she gained extensive experience working in complex project environments and multidisciplinary teams. Later, she worked on leadership development programs at BI, one of Norway’s leading Business Schools.

She joined Safran Software Solutions in 2002 and has since played a key role in the company’s growth and development. During this time, she has worked across almost all areas of the business, gaining broad experience in consulting, sales, customer service, administration, HR, and as part of the management team.

Throughout her career, Inger has been dedicated to helping clients achieve successful project outcomes, while supporting the development of Safran’s employees, teams, and efficient business processes.

In her free time, Inger enjoys spending time with her family and being active outdoors, especially skiing during the winter season.
