Although a Mechanical Fitter by trade, Kerry’s passion has always been in sales and marketing. He joined Spearhead Software in 1991 as a national salesperson and has been an integral part of the company’s success ever since.

Kerry became the owner of Spearhead Software in 1999. Under Kerry’s leadership, the company experienced consistent growth, solidifying its reputation for excellence. Known for his approachable demeanor and industry knowledge, Kerry builds lasting relationships and leads by example, mentoring a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.

In 2021, Kerry and Spearhead Software joined the JDM Technology Group. Today, Kerry is the General Manager of Spearhead Software and CavSoft, overseeing day-to-day operations. He works closely with his team to ensure its software remains the best in the industry, staying true to its commitment to innovation and quality. With a career spanning decades, Kerry continues to be a passionate advocate for estimating software, ensuring his clients have the tools they need to succeed.

Kerry lives in Perth, Western Australia where he and his wife, five children, and six grandchildren take full advantage of the city’s renowned beaches. Kerry is also a dedicated community servant, having served as a local City Councillor for more than a decade. In his free time, he enjoys riding his Triumph Sprint 1050 motorbike, fishing, and golfing.
