Phil has over 30 years’ experience at the intersection of construction and technology. Since beginning his career in 1994, he has specialised in transforming operational, commercial, and financial systems for construction companies across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Africa.

Phil is responsible for driving EBITDA growth, guiding the executive team, and delivering continuous product innovation. Under his leadership, the company has expanded cloud services, strengthened customer delivery, and built a people-centred culture.

Phil is recognised as a collaborative, innovative leader who empowers high-performing teams across sales, marketing, development, projects, and support. He combines strategic vision with a passion for product development, ensuring solutions are both technologically advanced and industry-relevant.

With a wide range of expertise, Phil continues to help construction companies embrace digital transformation and achieve measurable success.

Today, as Managing Director of RedSky, Phil oversees the company, driving growth, customer success, and product innovation.

Phil is an Ironman triathlete with a particular passion for swimming, training regularly as part of a masters swimming club. He is also an active member of a local road cycling group, enjoying both the scenic routes of the Cotswolds and the challenge of Alpine rides further afield. Away from sport, Phil values family life and enjoys life in the countryside with his wife, their two sons, and a lively cocker spaniel.
