Ryan Kindell
President, AllMax Software
Ryan is an accomplished leader with a passion for learning and more than 15 years of experience working in software.
He joined AllMax in 2012 as a Technical Support Rep and was soon promoted to Technical Support Lead. As part of his support role, Ryan provided software training and workshops showing municipalities and businesses across the country how to use CMMS and Operations software to improve workflow and increase productivity.
Ryan is an approachable, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the AllMax business and the needs of its customers. In 2021, he became AllMax’s General Manager and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. He was appointed President in 2023. During his tenure, he has worked with every department to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Under his leadership, the company has experienced consistent growth year after year.
Outside of work, Ryan is an avid sports fan who also enjoys sci-fi books and movies. He lives in Ohio with his teenage daughter and the two of them love fishing and camping with family and friends.
