Montreal, Canada – October 29, 2026 – JDM Technology Group, a global leader in construction software solutions, has acquired Dreeven Technologies, a collaborative construction project management platform used by construction teams across Canada. The transaction closed on October 23.
Dreeven gives construction teams a single platform to track jobsite progress, create daily reports, dispatch labour and equipment, manage timesheets, and more. More than 71,000 construction professionals use Dreeven to run their projects every day.
The acquisition adds to a construction software portfolio that already includes Explorer Software, Computer Guidance, Penta Technologies, RedSky IT, and CSSP among others, and reflects JDM’s continued investment in global construction technology. Dreeven brings its expertise in construction project management software and an established presence in the Quebec market, joining two other Quebec-based JDM companies, Maestro Technologies and Mobile-Punch.
Dreeven will continue to operate as a separate business within JDM, maintaining its name, brand and identity. Backed by JDM, Dreeven will continue to enhance and support its products over the long term. The company will continue with its existing leadership team and governance structure.
“Dreeven is exactly the kind of company we look for,” said John McFarlane, Co-CEO of JDM Technology Group. “Annie and her team have built a strong product and an established customer base in Quebec, and we look forward to supporting Dreeven’s continued growth.”
“As Dreeven celebrates its 10th anniversary, this acquisition marks an important milestone in our journey. We’ve built Dreeven alongside our team, our customers, and our partners, with a shared commitment to improving how construction projects are managed. Becoming part of JDM Technology Group, a Canadian-based company, is a positive step forward for everyone. We continue to grow while staying true to our identity and our customers,” said Annie Chantelois, President of Dreeven.
This acquisition brings JDM’s portfolio to more than 35 software companies serving customers around the world.
